SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship our products in plastic-free, eco-friendly, 100% recyclable and up to 100% recycled material. Please consider reusing the boxes before you recycle them. You can leave the paper tape attached to the box to recycle. 

We deliver by post/courier to all destinations within the UK Mainland, Europe, and USA Mainland. Products are delivered to the delivery address which you give us during the order process. So it is important to check this information twice! Delivery cannot be made either to hotels or to postboxes.

We offer Free Shipping in the UK on all orders over £45.00 (exclusive of shipping costs) and flat-rate shipping on orders below £45.00.

Royal Mail shipping options on orders below £45.00:

  • £3.95 – Tracked 48 – 2-3 days Monday-Saturday
  • £4.95 – Tracked 24 – 1-2 days Monday-Saturday

Rates apply for all destinations within the UK Mainland except for those living within the postal code areas of BN26…/TN39…/TN40… where we will deliver by hand free of charge.

We offer flat-rate Tracked Shipping of £10.00 on orders to all destinations within Europe – we aim to deliver in 3-5 business days (subject to Customs).  Any import/customs taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We offer flat-rate Tracked Shipping of £15.00 on orders to all destinations within the USA Mainland – we aim to deliver in 5-10 business days (subject to Customs). Any import/customs taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you order before 12:00 midday Monday-Friday, we will do our best to dispatch your order the day you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. 

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery. 

If you wish to return your order please let us know by either using the Contact Form or via email: hello@vivelavidaeco.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. If the items received do not match those ordered, again, please contact us, as above, immediately.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods or incorrect order, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

When returning items please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage that you can provide to us in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. 

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid for the goods (not including any delivery charges you paid) within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that the goods are returned within 14 working days of delivery.  Refunds can only be made against the original credit/debit card used to purchase the goods.

If you cancel your order but do not return said goods to us within 14 working days we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

We will not provide a refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In this case, we will notify you of our decision at which time you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately via our Contact Form or via email: hello@vivelavidaeco.com. To ensure a prompt resolution, please provide the order number and photos of the products in question.

If your parcel is returned to us undelivered (due to your supplying an incorrect postal address, not collected from a courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order re-sent to you.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
